Shape, deburr and finish metal surfaces with the Kango Warding Bastard File. With a tapered design, this File is suitable for use in narrow spaces. It’s great for various toolmaking and hobby applications in addition to filing ward notches in keys and locks. The File’s course teeth provide rapid material removal and a rougher finish compared to second cut files.
This file is made from high-quality tempered carbon steel for long-lasting sharpness. Its black oxide coating is resistant to rust and friction to maximise file life.
The K-lock handle is compatible with various Kango files and rasps and has an ergonomic rubber grip for enhanced comfort. It can be removed with a simple twisting motion. K-lock handles also feature a hang hole for storage.
